Truck supply demand in India

For the invisibility of supply and demand for truck and load between truck owners and agents/middleman, using the existing integration in AIS-140 (ARAI regulated) device's data through API and verifying the truck's load necessity from the driver (through a switch which is connected to a digital input of AIS-140), and share the details after masking the vehicle number & contact details to the agents in that region.

Introduction

In India, domestic goods transportation is highly powered through trucks in roadways (~65%), and with the trucking sector is majorly unorganized, the health and safety concerns of the drivers are least considered. As the truck owners are highly distributed and an average owner owns, lesser than 5 trucks, vicinity, and availability of truck isn't available to the stakeholders like Industries/ Contractors/ Agents.

Problem Statement

The invisibility of supply and demand for truck and load between truck owners and agents/middlemen.

Proposed Solution

Integration in AIS-140 (ARAI regulated) device's data through API and verifying the truck's load necessity from the driver (through a switch which is connected to a digital input of AIS-140), and share the details after masking the vehicle number & contact details to the agents in that region. This working on a bidding process, between the agents and the truck owners.

Conclusion

Providing the visibility of truck availability in that particular region to the concerned stakeholders, will reduce the higher idling time and run the process more efficiently.
